shipped

our
facility

This
allows
for
shipping
time
so
the
warranty
will
go
into
ef
fect
at
approximately
the
same
time

equipment

delivered.
The
warranty
protec-
tion
extends
to
any
subsequent
owner
during
the
first
year
warranty
period.
During
the
first
year
,

omponent

proven
to
be
non-conforming
in
materials
or
workmanship
will
be
rep
aired
or
replaced
at
Thermo's
expense,
labor
included.

covered
for
five
years.
Inst
allation
and
calibration
are
not
covered
by
this
warranty
agreement.
The

echnical
Services
Dep
artment
must
be
cont
acted
for
warranty
determination
and
direction
prior
to
performance
of
any
rep
airs.
Expendable
ite
ms,
g
lass,
filters
and
gasket
s
are
excluded
from
this
warranty
.
Replacement
or
rep
air
of
component
s
p
art
s
or
equipment
under
this
warranty
shall
not
extend
the
warranty
to
either
the
equipment
or
to
the
component
p
art
beyond
the
original
warranty
period.
The

echnical
Services
Dep
artment
must
give
prior
approval
for
return
of
any
component
s
or
equipment.
At
Thermo's
option,
all
non-conforming
p
art
s
must
b
e
returned
to
Thermo
post
age
p
aid
and
replacement
p
art
s
are
shipped
FOB
destination.
