This allows for shipping time s

warranty will go into ef
fect at approximately the same time your equipment is delivered.
The warranty protection extends to any
sub-
sequent owner during the first year warranty period. During the first year

s proven to be non-conforming in materials or workmanship will be rep
aired or replaced at
Thermo's expense, labor included. Inst
allation and calibration are not covered by this warranty agreement.

acted for warranty determination and direction prior to performance of any rep
airs. Expendable items,
glass, filters and gasket

are excluded from this warranty
.
Labor W

rranty Exceptions: 1)
The labor warranty for blast freezers applies only if the inst
allation is performed by authorized
Thermo
personnel. If the inst
allation is not done by
Thermo personnel, then the warranty pert
a
ins to replacement p

rt
s only
. 2)
The la
bor
warranty for platelet reciprocators applies only if the reciprocator is returned to
Thermo with freight charges prep
aid by the
customer
.
Replacement or rep

s or equipment under this warranty shall not extend the warranty to either the equipmen
t
or to the component p
a
rt beyond the original warranty period.

s or equipment.

Thermo's option, all non-conforming p

Thermo post
