Concentration measurements using a standard

Press
A/T/C
to select the
concentration mode. The current
mode appears on the display.

Press
nm
or
nm
to select the
wavelength.
Note:
Holding
either key will cause the
wavelength to change more
quickly.

Insert your blank into the cell holder
and close the sample door.
Note:
Position the cell so the light
(indicated by arrow in drawing)
passes through the clear walls.

Press
0 ABS/100%T
to zero the
blank, then remove the blank and
insert your standard.

Press the
Standard
soft key and
use the and keys to enter the
concentration of the standard, then
press the
Set C
soft key to calculate
and display the factor for the
selected standard.

Remove the standard and insert
your sample into the cell holder.
The calculated sample
concentration appears on the LCD
display.

cierre el compartimiento de
muestras.
Nota:
Ubique la celda de forma que la luz
(indicada por la flecha en el dibujo)
pase a través de las paredes claras.

Oprima
0 ABS/100%T
para llevar a
cero el blanco, luego remuevalo, e
inserte su estándar.

Oprima la tecla de función
Estándar
y
use las teclas y para entrar la
concentración del estándar, luego
oprima la tecla de función
Fijar C
para
calcular y ver el factor para el
estándar seleccionado.

Inserte
su
muestra en el portaceldas. La
concentración de la muestra aparece
en pantalla.
