INSTALLATION OF RECIRCULATION FLANGE
If the hood is to be used for recirculation, for best results use the recirculation flange. It is installed with the following steps:

Screw the base of the duct securely to the hood
with two screws.

Pull up the top part of the duct and secure it to
the stand with four screws.
Install the exhaust outlet on the hood. Take
care to ensure the non-return valve can open
and close freely.
NOTE: This only applies when venting into
open air.
Remove the filters from the hood.

Measure how long the vent exhaust should be
for the recirculation flange’s outlets to fit with
the recirculation holes on the duct.
Cut a piece of pipe to the appropriate length.
Mount the pipe on the hood.
