INSTALLATION
The hood comes in two models, one for installation on a wall and one island model. Both models can be used either for vent exhaust out into the open
air or for recirculation of the air.
Follow the steps in these instructions that match the model and type of hood you have chosen.
INSTALLATION OF WALL-MOUNTED MODEL
The wall-mounted model comes in four different widths all are mounted in the following way:
Push the panel with the hood’s electronics into
place over the screws found on the top of the
hood.
Secure the panel by tightening the three
screws.
Measure out, and mark the position of the two
keyholes and the two lock-holes in the hood.
Mount screws into the holes that match the
keyholes in the hood.
Drill the holes and install rawl plugs intended
for the material into which they are installed.
Mount the hood onto the two screws.

Mount screws into the two lock-holes.
Remove the filters from the hood.
Install the exhaust outlet on the hood. Take
care to ensure the non-return valve can open
and close freely.
NOTE: This only applies when venting into
open air.
