4.3 Ventilation
Since the inhalation of welding fumes can be harmful, ensure that the welding area is effectively
ventilated.
4.4 Mains Supply Voltage Requirements
The Mains supply voltage should be within
±
10% of the rated Mains supply voltage. Too low a
voltage may cause poor welding performance or the wirefeeder malfunction. Too high a supply
voltage will cause components to overheat and possibly fail.
The
Viking
is supplied with an input lead to which an appropriate plug should be fitted.
Install a power outlet for each Power Source and fit fuses as per the Machine Specifications.
