2. Remove the cap from The Neutralizer Essential Oil
cartridge.
3. Carefully insert the wick into The Neutralizer Oil
Cartridge. Make sure you have inserted it all the way
to the bottom and that there is contact between the
wick and the inner base of the cartridge. During the
insertion process, if the wick gets bent, straighten it and
make sure there is no damage. You can now insert your
assembled cartridge into the EME.
4. Hold the EME such that the view from above is the
evaporation hole. Line up the wick of The Neutralizer
Essential Oil cartridge and insert upwards gently,
making sure there is no contact between the wick
and inner wall of the EME. Support the base of the
cartridge throughout this process until you hear a
click.
5. You have been provided with an adaptor for you to place
the Kit in the cup holder.
6. To activate the unit, connect it to the power supply and
the red light indicator will turn on.
7. If the power cable is damaged, it must be repaired or
replaced by the manufacturer or a member of its after
sales team. Visit the website to contact us.
8. Allow 5 minutes after connection to the power supply to
check if the unit’s top surface around the evaporation
hole is getting warmer. If it is not, please contact the
manufacturer.
9. Always ensure that the unit is kept in an upright position
to avoid spillage and leaks.
