For your convenience, step 3 (inserting the wick in the
cartridge) has already been performed by our assembly
plant.
Removing The Neutralizer Essential Oil
cartridge
1. To remove The Neutralizer Essential Oil cartridge,
gently pull down the cartridge.
2. The cartridge should easily slip out of place without
necessary force.
3. To insert a new cartridge, follow steps 1-5 above in
“Inserting The Neutralizer Essential Oil Cartridge”
Important Technical & Safety Information
for the EME (Electronic Molecule
Evaporator)
The EME will heat up during use. If it stops working, unplug
it and do not attempt to fix it. Never touch the EME with wet
hands. Do not refill The Neutralizer Essential Oil cartridge
with other liquids. Always keep in an upright position.
