ASSEMBLING THE MACHINE AND GRASSBAG
You will need a Phillips screwdriver and a 10mm spanner.
Take care when fitting the lower handles because of their proximity
to the cylinder blade.
We recommend the use of gloves.
•
Attach the lower handle to the machine body by sliding the two holes (
one on each side) over the two pegs ( one on each side) of the lawn-
mower body. You will have to squeeze the prongs of the handle quite
firmly.
•
Align the two holes on each of the handle extensions with those on the
lower handle. Secure with the four longer screws and nuts provided.
•
Slide the upper handle over the two handle extensions until th
e holes are
lined up. Secure with the remaining two screws and nuts provided.
To assemble the grassbag:-
•
If not already attached, attach the tube to the plastic hook as shown.
•
Thread the metal tubes through the placket in the mesh fabric and join
together with the connector.
•
Secure the end of the tubes with two screws supplied.
•
Attach the metal hook into the connector hole
