QUESEDILLA

Ingredients:
4 corn or wheat tortillas
500 g beef mince
1/2 dl adobo taco spice
2 dl pico de gallo
2 dl shredded cheese
2 dl guacamole
1/2 dl sour cream dressing
Directions:
Fry the beef mince with the adobo taco spice.
Spread a layer of guacamole on one half of the tortillas. Add the meat
and sprinkle the cheese on top. Place the tortilla in the tortilla maker
og BBQ for 2-3 minutes on each side. If you do not have a quesedilla
maker you can cook the quesedilla directly onto the barbecue. Serve
with fresh salsa and sour cream dressing.
