Take the unit out of its box and make sure that all the pieces are there:

BATTERY CHARGING

 

To make battery charging easier

the Vibration Kettle Bell has a transformer 

jack connection socket built into weight housing (1)

 

Lift the protective cover (E) for the socket

and insert the transformer jack 

into the socket.

 

Plug the transformer (2) into the 220V 

mains 

supply

and 

red light on the transformer will light up.

 

When the batteries are fully   

charged a green light will come on and the transformer

 

can be unplugged 

from the mains supply.
