PROCEDURE (INSTALLATION)
1.
Reverse the above procedure (removal), paying close attention to the following:
Inspect all bolts, nuts and screws for damage. Replace if necessary.
Do not reuse the lock-nut. Fit new.
Take care to place / align the spacers correctly so as not to bend them the when
tightening the lock-nut.
Observe the correct placement of washers and bushes and the correct orientation of the
nose wheel (refer to Figure 40). Note that the lock-nut faces the starboard side of the
aircraft.

Tighten the lock-nut sufficiently.
2.
Paint orange creep marks on the bolt and nut.
3.
Verify free rotation for the wheel.
