5.3.15 Configuring Port Based VLAN
VLAN → Port Based
Port Based VLAN is the simplest way for organizing virtual networks by
differentiating access at the level of the switching matrix of the switch. Port Based
VLAN does not use packet tagging. Each individual port may belong only to one
VLAN.
Attention!
Port Based VLAN is available only for outdoor PSW switches
Port Based VLAN is configured as follows:
1.
Enable Port Based VLAN.
2.
Check the corresponding boxes of the switching matrix.
3.
Apply settings (

Example.
It is necessary to configure 2 virtual networks: VLAN1 – ports 1 and 2, VLAN2 –
ports 3 and 4. Check the boxes as shown in the Figure below.
