6. Move the deck below the lift arm align Deck Bridge bolts
with the lift arm bearings, install washer (C) above lift arm
and fasten in position with two 1” flanged nuts (A)
removed in instruction three and torque to 205 Nm.
7. Install the hydraulic hoses to the deck motors and tighten
with your fingers. Using a spanner tighten the hose 1/2 to
3/4 of a flat (Approximately).

8. Put a 27 mm spacer below the deck shell at the side
where the new HOC Brackets are installed.
9. Fit the M8 Washer (16) on to the M8 Bolt (11)
10. Fit both Bolt (11) and Washer (16) through the first hole
of the Rear HOC Bracket (6). Install the HOC Chain
Spacer (10) on to Bolt (11) followed by the Chain link (19)
(Make sure the chain does not pull), followed by the
second HOC Chain Spacer (10) go through the Rear
HOC Bracket (6).
11. Fasten the above assembly with the M8 Nut (2) and
tighten to 25Nm
12. Remove the 27mm spacer below the deck.
14. Repeat the procedure for other wing deck.
15. For height of cut adjustments see section 7.6.
