6 OPERATION
4.
Is necessary for the height of cut it will be necessary to
rotate the Rear HOC Bracket (6) 180 degrees, to obtain a
high height of cut.
5.
Fit the Rear HOC Bracket (6) install M8 Lockwashers (13)
and fasten in position with M8 Nuts (12).

Fit the Anti vibration Washer (18) on the M16 end of HOC
Chain - Stand Off (8).
7.
Assemble HOC Chain - Stand Off (8) and Anti-vibration
Washer (18) together. Apply “thread lock” to the M16
threads and screw into the Pivot Pin (A), tighten to 27Nm.
8.
Fit the Rear HOC Plate (17) on to HOC Chain - Stand Off
(8) position Washer (3). Fit the components in position
with the M8 castellated nut (4), make sure that the hole in
item (8) is visible for the split pin (1).
9.
When the split pin (1) is Installed, splay the legs in
opposite directions.
10.
Fit shackle (5) through the first link of the HOC Chain
(19) installing into the first hole of the Rear HOC Plate
(17).
11.
Repeat the procedure for other wing deck.
Wing Deck Mounting
1.
Make sure the vehicle is parked on a flat surface and
parking brake is engaged, stop the engine and remove
the ignition key, before you follow the instructions below.
2.
Set the three caster wheels to 25 mm height of cut (use
decals on the decks).
3.
Remove the 1” nuts (A) from the bolts and store safely.
4.
Make sure the hydraulic hoses are plugged. Start the
engine and lower the lift arms (B) to the cross cut
position, stop the engine and remove the ignition key.
5.
Fit the tapered spacer (D) on to screw (E).
