Always stop engine and remove spark plug cap before performing
adjustments or repairs. Except for adjustments to carburetor.
1.
Use only original replacement parts, otherwise you may experience inferior
performance, or risk personal injury, and the warranty will become void.
2.
Inspect the tool for loose bolts and nuts, leaking fuel, etc., before use.
Replace damaged parts. Replace trimmer head, if it is cracked, cut, or
otherwise damaged.
3.
Make sure trimmer head is correctly mounted, and fastened securely.
Otherwise it may cause serious personal injury.
4.
Make sure all guards and handles are correctly and safely fastened.
5.
The string head will rotate while the carburetor is adjusted. Use protective
equipment and follow all safety instructions.
6.
Allow the motor to cool before storage.
7.
Empty fuel tank, and tie down the trimmer so it won’t move, while
transporting it in a vehicle.

Fueling (SMOKING PROHIBITED)
1.
Always mix and store fuel in cans which have been approved for this
purpose.
2.
Mix only fuel outdoors, and where there are no sparks or flame nearby.
3.
Choose an empty spot, turn off the engine, and let it cool off for at least 2
minutes before filling on fuel.
4.
Loosen fuel cap slowly to release pressure and avoid having fuel flow out
from under the cap.
5.
Wipe spilled fuel off the tool. Move tool 10 feet away from filling location
before starting engine.
