IEC-61000-4-5 Surge Test Results
shows the surge test setup. During the surge test, both Gigabit Ethernet ports where connected.
The port under test with a 20-m CAT7 cable and the other port, not under test with a 3-m cable to far end
laptops, respectively. The surge generator is on the left-hand side outside the picture.
