Header P7 and P25A-E give access to main EM connector pins, while P11, P14, P16 and P18-
P24 give access to the MSP430 I/O (section 6.11.2). Some signals can be accessed from both
the EM I/O breakout headers and the MSP430 I/O breakout as indicated by Figure 13.
