ABSTRACT

This user's guide describes the characteristics, operation, and use of the ADS78x1 (

ADS7881

 and 

ADS7891

12-bit and 14-bit, parallel, analog-to-digital converter (ADC) evaluation module (EVM). Throughout this 
document, the terms 

evaluation board

evaluation module

, and 

EVM

 are synonymous with the ADS78x1EVM.
