4. How to use / adjust the sweeper
In advance the machine is adjusted for even surfaces.
The pressure of the brush can be adjusted using
the adjustment handles on the sides of the machine.
Make use only to apply a light pressure onto
the ground. A hard pressure will not improve the
sweeping results - however the brush is worn
more quickly.
Push the sweeper at normal walking pace.
5. Emptying
To open the waste box you should pull up the handle of the waste container. After it has
been emptied put it back in its place and lock in position by pushing down the handle of
the waste box.
6. Use of the
Before start adjust the brush to correct position
Check that all bolts and fittings are tightened completely.
Work with wind at your back if possible.
Push the machine slowly when changing direction.
When working on slopes you should work up and down, never horizontal or cross. Do not
use the machine on slopes of more than 20º.
7. Changing the brushes
The brushes of the machine are made of a very strong material. However having used the
same brushes for many years, they must be replaced. We recommend changing all
brushes at the same time.
