The warranty and general conditions
The warranty period is calculated from the date of
purchase and is valid for 3 years for private in Denmark,
2 years in other EU countries. Machines sold for
commercial use have 1 year warranty.
The complaint covers defective performance ie
workmanship or materials and malfunction.
Reservations and requirements
Normal wear and replacement of wearing parts is NOT
covered by the warranty.
Parts where NOT guaranteed shelf life of 12 months:

Membranes / gaskets
•
Spark

Motor liquids (oil, gasoline)
•
Chain

Start
cord

Filters
If you start the engine without filling the proper gasoline
mixed with oil, it will be damaged and will not be
repaired and therefore not be covered by warranty.
The warranty does NOT misstatements caused by
:
•
Lack of service and maintenance
•
Construction
changes
•
The machine has been exposed to external
influence
•
Paint damage, damage to the shield, track, panels,
etc.
•
The machine has been violated or overloaded
•
That used other oil, fuel, grease or liquid types than
recommended in this manual
•
Poor or dirty fuel, contamination of the fuel system
•
installation / use of spare parts
•
Other factors, such as Texas A / S shall not be
liable for
Whether a case is a warranty or not, decided in each
case by an authorized service center.
Your receipt is your warranty note, why it should always
be stored.
Remember: When requesting warranty repair, model,
year and serial number should always be stated.
*We reserve the right to change and take notice to
misprints.
