4 DIESEL MEASUREMENTS
This chapter describes the functions related to the measurement of
exhaust gas for diesel engines.
All the required preliminary checks are performed automatically (the
program will prompt you to intervene when and where necessary).
All ambient and physical parameters related to the measurement are
constantly monitored.
The program, wherever possible, will restore the optimal conditions for the
test and will notify you of any problems that must be solved.
The test is stopped until the optimal measurement conditions are restored.
For the
Official test
:
You will be notified of any anomaly or of any value that differs from those
required by the Standard.
Proceed as follows:

Wait for the communication between the device and the emissions analysis
tool to start.
