The subwoofer isn’t working. 

The LED

 “Power” is not 

illuminated.

The subwoofer is off or doesn’t have 

any power.

Turn on the switch

 “Power” (“On I”).

Check the power cord and socket.

Fuse is defective.

Disconnect the power cord.  

Carefully pull the fuse holder 

out of the mains connection.

Push the old fuse down and 

out. Insert a new fuse (6.3 A 

delayed action) and push the 

holder back.

The subwoofer doesn't work 

but LED

  “Power” is illumi-

nated in green.

The volume has been set too low.

Increase the volume using the control

 “Volume”.

 “Clip” is illuminated.

The subwoofer is overloaded due to an 

excessive input signal.

Reduce the input signal.

The subwoofer overheats.

Reduce the volume and check the unit's ventilation.

A fault is present in the power supply.

The subwoofer does not 

activate.

The sensitivity setting for the automatic 

activation is insufficient.

Turn the controller

 “Auto Level” towards “High” or increase 

the subwoofer level on the AV receiver.

The subwoofer activates 

inadvertently.

The sensitivity setting for the automatic 

activation is too high.

Turn the controller

 Auto Level” towards “Low”.

The subwoofer drones.

The room is too small. 

Increase the setting of the HP filter

The subwoofer hums.

The subwoofer is connected to another 

circuit than the rest of the system.

Connect the subwoofer and source device to the same 

electric circuit.

The buzzing is caused by problems with 

the power supply.

Purchase a line filter and connect both units to it.

The buzzing is caused by a multiple 

socket.

Use another multi-outlet power strip or connect the 

subwoofer directly to the wall socket. It may also help to 

insert the power plug the other way around.

–  if the subwoofer is overloaded due to an excessive input 

signal. Reduce the input signal.

–  if the subwoofer overheats. Reduce the volume and check 

the unit's ventilation.
