The MUTE BT can-
not be turned on.
The rechargeable battery is
empty.
Recharge the rechargeable
battery (see chapter “Charging
the rechargeable battery”).
No audio playback
despite Blue-
tooth
®
connec-
tion.
The MUTE BT is switched off. Switch the MUTE BT on.
The MUTE BT is not regis-
tered with the external play-
er or is not paired with it.
Check all settings in accord-
ance with the chapter “Blue-
tooth
®
pairing”.
The Bluetooth
®
function is
switched off on the external
player.
Switch the Bluetooth
®
func-
tion on. If applicable, refer
to the user manual for the
external player.
Volume has been set too low. Increase the volume on the
external player and/or head-
phones.
No voice playback
for an incoming
call on an iPhone
when connected
via Bluetooth®.
The iPhone is set to “Auto-
matic call audio output”.
Switch the iPhone’s call audio
output to “Bluetooth headset”
(iPhone/Settings/Accessibili-
ty/Call audio output).
If “Automatic call audio out-
put” is enabled, accept the
incoming call directly via the
MOVE BT.
This device fulfils the
