SWITCHING ON THE APPLIANCE
•
You must read the safety measures first (important
safety precautions passage)
•
The quartz heater is designed to heat objects and
people who it is directed to; it does not heat the
room air directly during its operation.
•
The quantity of radiated heat is set by a switch
(regulator).
•
The display shows the selected heating level
Setting the heating level
The heating levels are set by pulling the switch string
(3) once or few times. The selected heating level is
presented on the display (2).
•
Switched off appliance = display shows “0”, the
heating elements are not working
•
Minimum power = display shows “1”,
1 heating element is working
•
Maximum power = display shows “2”,
2 heating element are working
CLEANING & STORAGE
We recommend the appliance to be cleaned at least
once a month, as well as before a long storage period.
•
It is compulsory first to switch off the appliance and
disconnect the power plug from the socket.
Do not use abrasive cleaning materials!
Do not use water, wax, polishing materials and
other chemical solutions.
•
Clean the appliance body with a dry cloth, vacuum
cleaner or soft long-hair brush
•
Never immerse the appliance into water – there is
danger for your life!
•
In case that appliance is not to be used for a long
period of time, you should pack it (including this
manual) into its original packing and store it at a dry
and well-ventilated place.
•
Never put hot appliance into its packing!
Warning: in order to prevent
overheating, do not cover the appliance!
Warning: Hot Surface!
Instructions on Environment protection:
Obsolete electric appliances contain valuable
materials and consequently should not be disposed
as domestic waste! We ask you for your cooperation
to protect the natural resources and the environment
by returning the appliance to organized buy-back
stations (if there are such).
