Do not insert and do not allow foreign objects to
enter the appliance protection cover openings,
because that may CAUSE ELECTRIC SHOCK AND
FIRE.
•
This appliance is not suitable for animal breeding,
and it is intended only for indoor operation!
•
Never touch the appliance with wet or damp hands
– there is a risk for your life!
•
The power socket must be accessible all the time
so that the power plug can be disconnected as fast
as possible when necessary! THE APPLIANCE MUST
NOT BE INSTALLED BENEATH A POWER SOCKET!
•
Never pull the power cord or the appliance itself in
order to disconnect it from the socket.
•
Do not cover the appliance! If covered, there is a risk
of overheating.
•
Do not leave the heater unobserved during its
operation.
•
In case the power cord is damaged, in order to avoid
risks, it should be replaced by its manufacturer,
manufacturer’s maintenance representative or
another qualified person.
•
Do not use this appliance in the outdoors.
•
Do not use this appliance in close proximity to
shower cabins, in bathrooms or next to swimming
pools!
•
This appliance provides IP24 protection (against
water droplets) and may be mounted in premises
where presence of moisture and water droplets is
possible in accordance with the installation
requirements (defined below) in VOLUME 2 of the
provided diagram
so that the chance of a person (who is in a shower or
in a bath-tub) touching the control mechanisms
(switch string or the heating appliance itself) to be
avoided! The minimum distance between the
appliance and the water source must be at least 1
meter and it is compulsory that the appliance is
installed horizontally on a wall!
Note: ifthe above-mentioned instructions can not
be fulfilled it is advisable to carry our installation
in VOLUME 3.
Ensure that there is not any water or other liquids
dripping down and into the appliance – in case
you disobey this instruction there is a real danger
for your life form a possible electric shock!
It is compulsory to follow the marked safety
distances when installing the appliance in
premises where water droplets are possible –
non-obeying this instruction leads to real danger
for your life by an electric shock!
•
The electric installation to which the appliance is
connected must be equipped with an automatic
safety fuse (faulty current protection), and the
distance between the contacts, when switched off,
must be at least 3mm.
•
In case the appliance is damaged or is not working
properly, you should switch it off and not try to
repair it yourself. You should contact an after-sale
service centre for any kind of repairs and support
needed. There is the place where your damaged
part will be replaced with an original spare one.
Non-obeying this instruction will compromise the
appliance safety.
•
In case you decide to stop using an appliance of this
type, it is advisable to make it unusable by cutting
its power cord after you have disconnected it from
the electrical system. It is necessary to make the
appliance safe (especially for children) in case that
the disposed appliance might be used for playing.
•
In order to prevent dangerous overheating of the
power cord, it is advisable the power cord to be fully
unwound!
•
Warning:
Do not use this appliance with a
programming device, counters or any other devices
which might switch on this appliance automatically.
In case the appliance is covered or improperly
installed there is a risk of fire.
•
Use only approved extension cords, which
are suitable for this appliance, i.e. they have a
conformity sign!
•
The power cord must not get in contact with the
hot surfaces of the appliance!
•
Never move this appliance by pulling its power cord
and do not use the power cord for carrying any
objects!
•
Do not bend the power cord and do not pull it
round sharp edges. Do not position the power cord
onto hot plates or open fire!
