Setting the alarm is done similar to setting the time. Pressing
and holding the "SET" button longer than 2 seconds will save
time and alarm settings and return to the timing mode, which
is signalized by neon dots blinking.

The alarm will be triggered after achieving time set in alarm
settings. Alarm duration is maximal 1 min. After 1 min. alarm
will be automatically deactivated. Earlier deactivation is
possible by pressing any button.
Tubes dimming
The clock is able to completely fade tubes. This activity can
be done to extend the durability of nixie tubes. To fade the
tubes, press simultaneously the buttons "+" and "-" and hold
for more than 2 seconds. Press again to turn on the tubes
again while the buttons "+" and "-" and hold for more than 2
seconds. The tubes will be automatically enabled when the
alarm signal triggers.
Brightness settings
The clock has a light intensity sensor. The brightness of the
tubes is automatically reduced in the dark. This feature also
extend the durability of nixie tubes.
