OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION: THE APPLIANCE WILL GET
VERY HOT WITHIN A FEW
SECONDS AND MUST NOT
BE PLACED IN CONTACT
WITH THE SKIN AFTER IT IS
PLUGGED IN.
CAUTION: THE STYLING WANDS
WORK AT VERY HIGH
TEMPERATURES - ALWAYS
WEAR A HEATPROOF GLOVE
AND ONLY HOLD THE END
OF THE WANDS USING THE
COOL TIP.
SWITCHING ON AND OFF
STEP 1:
Fully unwind the mains cable.
STEP 2:
Place the appliance on the stand on
a heat-proof mat on a smooth, flat,
dry surface. Plug in to the mains
supply.
STEP 3:
Press the ON/OFF button.
STEP 4:
The temperature display (180 °C)
will flash as the wand heats up.
STEP 5:
The temperature display will stop
flashing when the tong reaches the
set temperature.
SETTING THE TEMPERATURE
STEP 1:
Press the

button to set
your preferred styling temperature.
STEP 2:
If you increase or decrease the
temperature, the temperature
display will flash until the new
temperature is reached.
NOTE: The temperature will
increase quickly, but will take
longer to decrease while the tong
cools. For this reason it is advisable
to set lower temperatures when the
tong is first switched on.
