Fitting the blender, whisk or potato masher 
attachments

• 

Make sure the motor body is unplugged.

• 

Hold the motor body in one hand and the attachment 
in the other. 

TURBO

• 

Align the index mark 
on the motor body with 
unlocked ( ) on the 
attachment.

• 

Make sure the attachment is firmly locked to the motor 
body before use.

To detach the attachment

• 

Unplug the appliance. 

• 

Hold the motor in one hand and the attachment in the 
other. 

• 

Rotate the attachment to align the index mark with 
unlocked ( ).

• 

Lift off the motor body

TURBO

• 

Push the attachment 
against the motor 
body and rotate the 
attachment to align the 
index mark with  locked  
( ) on the attachment. 

Operation

Power and speed control

The appliance features variable speed control.

Use the slow speed where possible especially when 
you commence blending, whisking etc or if you are 
smoothing out lumps or reducing food to a puree.
The high speed can be used as a finishing touch or when 
a particularly fine mix is needed.

TURBO

• 

Set the speed you want with the 
speed control before switching the 
appliance on.

The small dots indicate slower 
speeds, the larger dots indicate 
higher speeds.

TURBO

Press and hold the On/Off button 
to switch the appliance on.

• 

Release the On/Off button to 
switch the appliance off.

NOTE: Never run the appliance continuously for more than 
the time specified for the accessory you are using.

Turbo button

TURBO

• 

Hold the turbo button for a 
momentary boost of speed.

NOTE: The turbo button should only be used for a few 
seconds. Never hold the turbo button for more than this 
time or the appliance may overheat.
