a clear space all round the fryer, and keep it as far back from the front edge of the work 
surface as possible. 
Do not put the fryer or the mains lead close to any other cooking or heating appliance.

Unwrap the power cord fully from the recess in the rear of the element.

• 

Place the fryer near a switched wall socket. Do NOT use extension cables.
