61 Joystick Joystick is pushed when
machine is switching on.
Repair or replace the joystick.
62 Short-circuit on
function
switches
The function switch has
been closed for more than
2.5 seconds.
It should be possible to stop the
alarm by stopping the main
contactor or via the emergency
stop. If the problem persists, check
the wiring connection. If there is no
problem, the alarm is due to an
internal fault.
63
Battery out of
adjustment
The battery parameter
differs by more than 20%
from the nominal battery
voltage.
Check the battery type parameter.
64 Charge in
progress
The platform has been
started up with the battery
charger in operation.
If the alarm appears with the
charger disconnected from the
mains, there may be a problem
with the connection of terminal
A17. Otherwise, it is an internal
fault of the controller.
65 Value of angle
sensor incorrect
The value read by the
potentiometer is different
from the programmed value.
Check that the angle sensor
potentiometer is functioning
correctly. Otherwise, check the
wiring.
80 Lifting valve There is a problem on one
of the following outputs:
terminal A32, terminal A26.
Check the condition of the valves
and their connections.
Otherwise, it is an internal fault of
the controller.
