7. Check squeegee blades for damage and wear.
Wipe the squeegee blades clean. Store the
squeegee assembly in the raised position to
prevent blade damage (Figure 62).

8. Clean the machine with an all purpose cleaner and
damp cloth (Figure 63).
FOR SAFETY: When cleaning machine, do not
power spray or hose off machine. Electrical
malfunction may occur.

9. Recharge the batteries after a total of 30 minutes
of use or more (See CHARGING BATTERIES).
MONTHLY MAINTENANCE
(Every 80 Hours of Use)
1. Flush solution system with a mixture of water and
a recommended neutralizer liquid. Pour 11.3 L (3
gal) of clean water into solution tank, 60
°
C (140
°
F)
maximum temperature. Add neutralizer liquid
according to mixing instructions. Over a floor
drain, briefly operate machine, ES option, and
wand option for 30 seconds each. Turn machine
off and leave machine sit overnight. Next day,
disperse remaining mixture then rinse solution
system with clean water.
NOTE:
Contact your chemical supplier for a
recommended neutralizer liquid.
WARNING: Flammable materials can cause
an explosion or fire. Do not use flammable
materials in tank(s).
FOR SAFETY: When using machine, follow mixing
instructions on chemical containers.
2. Clean the battery tops to prevent corrosion (See
BATTERY MAINTENANCE).
3. Check for loose battery cable connections.
4. Lubricate swivel caster grease fitting with a water
resistant grease (Figure 64).

5. Lubricate all pivot points and rollers with silicone
spray then coat with a water resistant grease to
maintain smooth operation.
6. Check the machine for loose nuts and bolts.
7. Check the machine for leaks.
