FI-100
Optical Fiber Identifier
Description
The Tempo Communications FI-100 Optical Fiber Identifier can quickly
identify the direction of transmitted fiber and display the relative core power
without interrupting the current service. The FI-100 detects modulations of
270 Hz, 330 Hz,1 kHz, and 2 kHz with an audible tone and LED indication.
There are four adapter heads available: ø 0.25/ribbon cable, ø 0.9, ø
2.0, and ø 3.0. This tool is powered by two AAA alkaline batteries.
