CONSOlE OpERATION
Note: There is a thin protective sheet of clear plastic on the overlay of the console that should be removed before use.
Console decal with French translation is included in the assembly box.
A) lEd dISplAy WINdOW
: time, distance, RPM, calories, heart rate, speed and resistance level.
b) lEd INdICATORS
: indicates what workout feedback is currently displayed in the window.
C) pROGRAM lEd INdICATORS
: indicates what program is selected.
d) GO
: press to begin exercising, start your program, or resume exercising after pause.
E) STOp
: press to pause/end your workout. Hold for 3 seconds to reset the console.

kEyS
: used to adjust resistance level and make program selections.
G) ENTER
: used to confirm a selection.
H) CHANGE dISplAy
: press to change display feedback during workout.
I) pUlSE GRIpS
: press your palms to the sensors to display your heart rate.
j) CONSOlE lIfT HANdlE
: used to raise or lower the console mast from the folded or unfolded position.
k) REAdING RACk
: holds reading material.
NOTE: An overlay with the French language has been provided with this unit for your convenience. To apply your language
specific overlay peel off the back side of the decal and adhere directly over the existing console overlay.
