HIC COMPRESSION SYSTEM ASSEMBLY
1. Insert the fork from the bottom of deck tube.
2. Put the HIC on fork then tighten with M6 allen Rey.
3. Insert the handle bar into the clamp then put the handle bar on the HIC, mind the
mandle bar verticat angle direction with the deck. Then tighten clamp with M6 x 20
mm bolt by 5 mm allen key.

Tighten the clamp in gradually by (three) four hexagon bolts in the order
of the top 1-2-3(-4) and repeat this tightening several times until the clamp
is fully fixed. This process needs to be repeated again after the first ride.
