Manufacturers incorporate different Bluetooth profiles. Not all functionality
is supported.

Enter the correct PIN code supplied by your service provider

Contact your service provider to get the PUK code
Enter handset lock code
The default handset lock code is 0000
File does not exist or is in
the wrong format
Check the file type is supported by the handset.
On your PC or MAC, make sure the file is closed. Re-send the file using Join
Me or Bluetooth transfer.
Insufficient Memory
Handset memory is full. Delete unwanted files, messages, emails & videos to
create more user space.
Cannot Connect to Join Me
Check PC Device Manager and make sure the drivers are installed correctly.
Re-Install the drivers manually.
