TOOLS
To help you to organise your documents on your mobile phone, you have a Folder sub-menu in which you will
find all the files that are on your mobile phone and your memory card. Your phone is also equipped with a Calendar
and a Calculator. It is Bluetooth® compatible to facilitate file exchange.
To access the Tools, scroll through the Menu until you reach the sub-menu and press
. There are four
headings in the Tools menu:
Folders
1. Select the place where the file you are searching for is located. You have a choice between Phone and Memory
card. Press the
key to access the selected location.
2. The list of your folders in the location is displayed.
To access the options, press

Open
Open the selected folder/file
New folder
Create a new folder
Delete
Delete the selected folder/file
Details
Display the date and size of the selected folder/file
Rename
Rename the selected folder/file
Copy
Create a copy of the selected folder/file
Find
Find folder/files by entering the name or a partial name
Sort
Organise the folders/files by name, time, size or type
Tick
Select one or more folders/files
Memory status
View the memory capacity /Format/ Rename the memory locations (phone and memory
card)
Bluetooth
Send the file by Bluetooth (Option not available for folders)
Define as
Define a picture file as wallpaper or an audio file as a ringtone for a call or alarm (Option
not available for folders)

To create a new folder
1. Press the
key to access the options
2. Use the arrow to select New folder. Press
to create the new folder
4. Press the
key to validate.
To copy a file/folder
1. Press the
key to access the options
2. Use the arrow to select Copy. Press
to validate the copy
3. The list of your folders is displayed on the screen Press the
key to display the options.
4. Use the arrow to select Choose if you would like to paste the file/folder in the present location. If you would like to
choose another location, select Open to enter a sub-folder. You can use the red (
) key to go back. From this sub-
folder, press the
key and use the arrow to select Choose.
