2. Select and open
Internal
if the file is in the phone memory, or
SD Card
if the file is in the microSD
card.
3. Select and open the folder, e.g. Photos, containing the file.
4. Highlight the file that you want to share. To open the file, press
OK
. To close the file, press

5. Press the
right soft key
and select
Share
(last item) from the list of options.
6. Choose to share the file using Bluetooth, Messages, E-mail, WhatsApp, or Facebook.
7. The app you chose in the above step will start, allowing you to share the file. Let's say you chose
Messages. The file will be attached to a draft multimedia message, and you can add a receiver
and other contents before sending the message.

: After opening
Internal

or a folder, you can search for the files you want by pressing
the
right soft key
, selecting
Search
, entering a keyword, and pressing the
right soft key
again. The keyword can be part of the filename or file extension.
21. BROWSING THE WEB
Your phone’s web browser gives you full access to both mobile and traditional websites on the go,
using a mobile data or Wi-Fi connection.
To visit a website:
1. Open the web browser by going to
MENU
>
Browser
.
2. Select
Search Internet
(item 1) from the list.
3. Enter the website's address using the keypad.
4. Select
Go
.
5. Use the navigation keys to move the mouse cursor on the web page.
6. When you are viewing a web page, you can press the
right soft key
to view the available options
or the
left soft key
to return to the home screen of the web browser.
To exit the web browser while viewing a web page, press the
right soft key
and select
Quit
browser
, or long press
.
To minimize the web browser while viewing a web page, press
one or more times. The web
browser will show you your last viewed web page when you reopen the app later.
22. CALENDAR
You can use the
Calendar
app to view the calendar, and create and manage events, meetings, and
appointments. The calendar helps organize your time and reminds you of important events. You
can set your phone’s calendar to stay in sync with your Google calendar, Exchange ActiveSync
calendar, or CalDav calendar.
Note
: Calendar reminders will not work if your phone is off.
22.1 General tips

To open the
Calendar
app, go to
MENU
>
Calendar
(If you open the app for the first time, you also
need to press
OK
.).

By default, your phone shows you the calendar in
Month View
with the current date (
Today
)
highlighted. The current date's day number is always enclosed by a box in
Month View
or
highlighted in
Week View
.

Press one of the 4 navigation keys to highlight a date on the calendar in
Month View
. Press the
right or left navigation key to highlight a date, and the down or up navigation key to highlight an
hour of the date in
Week View
or
Day View
.

If there are any events for the highlighted date, in
Month View
, a dot appears below that date's day
number and the number of total events appears at the bottom of the calendar.
Calendar operations

View the calendar for today
: From the calendar, press the
