Performing a Functional Check
To verify that the TekConnect probe adapter is functioning properly, perform the
following procedure. Refer to Table 5 for a list of recommended equipment.

Use the standard accessories recommended in the
functional check for your TekConnect probe to attach the
probe tip to a connector.

To verify the functionality of Channel A, perform the following tasks:
1. Set up the spectrum analyzer:
a. Power on and wait for the boot-up process to complete, if necessary.
b. Preset the factory defaults. For example, RSA2203A -- Press the System
key, and then press the Reset All to Factory Defaults side key.
c. Set the center frequency to 10 MHz.
d. Set the span to 1 MHz.
