Service Information

is connected to a signal source other than those specified in this procedure.
Adjustment Procedure
This section contains procedures to adjust the P6133 probe low-frequency and
high-frequency compensation. Always perform the low-frequency compensation
adjustment before proceeding to the high-frequency compensation adjustment.
Table 5 lists the recommended test equipment needed to perform the adjustment
procedures.
