Operating information

The TPP0500B & TPP1000 10X Passive Probes are compact passive probes with 10X attenuation that are designed for use
with Tektronix MSO/DPO4000B & 5000B Series oscilloscopes.

The probes have no user- or Tektronix-serviceable parts.

Connecting the probe to the oscilloscope
