• How to configure doorbell with “Yoosee” application?
Answer:
Following steps need to follow during doorbell configuration with application.
Step 1:
If you configure doorbell for the first time with application with smartphones,
use “Smartlink” option.
Step 2:
If you are configuring doorbell for second or subsequent users then use
“Manual add” option. When you select manual add option, please remember
that device is already configured with one user through Smartlink.
• How to download recorded Video?
Answer:
Detach SD card from doorbell and copy the video from it.
• How to recover the device Admin password?
Answer:
If you missed the device Admin password then reset the doorbell by
pressing and holding reset button for 5-6 seconds till device doesn’t give big beep
sound.
• An Error occurs while adding device using Smartlink, What I need to do?
Answer:
Smartlink is mainly used for first time connection with doorbell or when
doorbell is in factory reset mode otherwise we must reset the device. If doorbell is
already added to any one of the user, use manual add option for adding device.
• Why volume is too low on my smartphone?
Answer:
Try increasing smartphone volume to maximum. Also, check the call point
location of the device is at a good height for someone to speak directly into the
device microphone.
• When we enable receive alarm message option, it shows notification “Alarm
receive accounts has reached maximum”.
Answer:
When the application shows notification “Alarm receive accounts has
reached maximum”, select option Alarm push id and delete anyone user id from the
list. Now when you enable receive alarm message, your user id gets added into the
Alarm push id.
• How to set date and time?
Answer:
Select date and time setting of doorbell and check UTC time and apply
correct time according to your time zone. By default, network synchronization time is
set.
• Doorbell device can’t connect with mobile app, what I need to do?
Answer:
Please enter correct doorbell device ID and password and also check your
Wi-Fi router. Please note that doorbell supports Wi-Fi routers having standard IEEE
802.11 b/g/n with 2.4 GHz band.
• When adding a device, App don't prompts to new device.
Answer:
Please check whether doorbell and smartphone are in the same LAN,
please select manual add option to add, if it's not in the same LAN.
