Troubleshooting
TEGAM’s RF Power Meters are designed and built to provide years of uninterrupted use. In the
event the instrument malfunctions or does not perform as expected, helpful troubleshooting
tips are provided below.

below lists some of the more common issues and their
resolutions.

Preparation for Calibration or Repair Service
Once you have verified that the cause of the malfunction cannot be solved in the field and the
need for repair and calibration service arises, contact TEGAM customer service to obtain an
RMA (Returned Material Authorization) number. You can contact TEGAM customer service via

The RMA number is unique to your instrument and will help us identify you instrument and to
