Internal Battery Location - Connection Instructions
1)
Take out all the drawers outside of the UPS.
2)
Place the batteries of the drawer-1 vertically as shown in the drawing. Make the cable link
connections between 42
nd
battery to 48
th
battery. Then connect the 80 cm cable to the positive
pole of the 42
nd
battery. Insert the drawer to the bottom shelf and place it on the right side where
the poles of the batteries face outside as shown in the diagram.

Place the batteries of the drawer-2 vertically as shown in the drawing. Make the cable link
connection between 56
th
battery to 62
nd
battery. Insert the drawer to the bottom shelf and place
it on the left side where the poles of the batteries face outside as shown in the diagram.
4)
Place the batteries of the drawer-3 horizontally as shown in the drawing. Make the cable link
connection between 49

battery to 55

battery. Then connect the 80 cm cable to the negative
pole of the 55
th
battery. Connect and fix the battery holder metal sheet to the drawer. Insert the
drawer to the bottom shelf and place it in the middle of drawers 1 and 2.

Make the connection between 55

batteries with 80 cm cable.
6)
Place the batteries of the drawer-4 vertically as shown in the drawing. Make the cable link
connections between 22
nd
battery to 28

battery. Then connect the 80 cm cable to the positive
pole of the 22
nd
. Insert the drawer to the middle shelf and place it on the right side where the
poles of the batteries face outside as shown in the diagram.

Place the batteries of the drawer-5 vertically as shown in the drawing. Make the cable link
connections between 35

battery to 41

battery. Insert the drawer to the middle shelf and place
it on the left side where the poles of the batteries face outside as shown in the diagram.

Place the batteries of the drawer-6 horizontally as shown in the drawing. Make the cable link
connection between 29

battery as show in the drawing.
Then connect the positive blue neutral (N) cable to 32
nd
battery and negative blue neutral (N)
cable to 31

battery. These are the middle points of battery pack. Then connect the 80 cm cable
to the negative pole of the 34

battery. Connect and fix the battery holder metal sheet to the
drawer. Insert the drawer to the middle shelf and place it in the middle of drawers 4 and 5.

Make the connection between 34
th
and 35
th
batteries with 80 cm cable.
10)
Place the batteries of the drawer-7 vertically as shown in the drawing. Make the cable link
connections between 1
st
battery to 7
th
battery. Insert the drawer to the upper shelf and place it on
the left side where the poles of the batteries face outside as shown in the diagram. Connect the
red battery (B+) cable to the positive pole of the 1
st
battery.

Place the batteries of the drawer-8 vertically as shown in the drawing. Make the cable link
connections between 15

battery to 21

battery. Insert the drawer to the upper shelf and place it
on the left side where the poles of the batteries face outside as shown in the diagram.

Place the batteries of the drawer-9 horizontally as shown in the drawing. Make the cable link
connection between 8

to 14

batteries. Then connect the 80 cm cable to the negative pole of
the 14
th
battery. Connect and fix the battery holder metal sheet to the drawer. Insert the drawer
to the upper shelf and place it in the middle of drawers 7 and 8.

Make the connection between 14

batteries with the 80 cm cable. Connect the black
battery (B-) cable to the negative pole of the 62

battery.

Make the connection between 21

batteries with the 80 cm cable. Make the connection
