GUIDELINES FOR INSTALLATION
1. Dopo aver ricevuto il cavo riscaldante, controllare che non presenti danni derivanti dal tra-
sporto. Controllare che la tensione e la potenza elettrica del cavo corrispondano alla sele-
zione effettuata. /
After receiving the heating cable, check for any damage to the heating
cable due to transit. Check Voltage and Wattage of heating cable is as per selection made.
2. L’installazione del cavo riscaldante deve avvenire in conformità alle istruzioni del produttore
e alle normative locali e nazionali. /
The installation of heating cable shall be in accordance
with the manufacturer’s instructions, local and National codes
3. Verificare la resistenza del cavo riscaldante con un ohmmetro. Il valore della resistenza
deve essere corrispondente alla tabella sulla gamma dei prodotti. Dopo aver eseguito l’in-
stallazione, controllare inoltre la resistenza dell’isolamento del cavo riscaldante tra il foglio
in metallo e il cavo stesso. Registrare il valore della resistenza del cavo riscaldante e quello
dell’isolamento nel formato di controllo. /
Check resistance of heating cable with an Ohm-
meter. Resistance value of the heating cable shall match to the Product range table. Also
check insulation resistance value of the heating cable after installation between metal sheet
and Heating Wire. Record resistance value of heating cable and insulation resistance value
in the control format

5. Il trasferimento termico effettivo tra il cavo riscaldante e la superficie da riscaldare è essen-
ziale per un funzionamento efficace. /

6. Vengono utilizzati due metodi di installazione:
1: legare con nastro adesivo il cavo riscaldante direttamente alla superficie.
2: attaccare un foglio in alluminio (stagnola) autoadesivo al cavo scaldante. L’installazione
con il foglio in alluminio assicura uno spazio corretto del cavo riscaldante, distribuzione del
calore effettiva e installazione semplificata /
