10.3. Setting the horizontal bore depth
The horizontal boring mill has a drill depth stop screw "1"
Setting the bore depth is undertaken by means of interdependently tightening both
hexagon nuts "2".
10.4. Setting the horizontal bore height
1. Press the EMERGENCY STOP button
2. Release side guides "5" and slide them so that the
3. rule insert can be removed (insofar as one was used)
4. Pull the horizontal boring mill forwards by the column "4"
5. Release the clamping lever "1" by turning it anticlockwise
6. Adjust the thumbscrew "2" until the desired size is shown on the counter "3".
7. Clamp the clamping lever "1" by turning it clockwise
8. Press the horizontal boring mill backwards by hand
9. release the EMERGENCY STOP button
