Using the equipment

Forearm curls (biceps)

Handles on low pulleys.

Select the workload with the pin. Workload should be the same for both arms.

Stand with your legs slightly apart for greater stability and grasp the handles with 
outstretched arms, reverse grip.

Curl both forearms up at the same time without moving your upper arms.

Maintain a smooth controlled speed; we recommend a slower speed during the 
return phase than during the approach phase.

The weight stack should not return completely to rest position during the return 
phase.
