ISASSEMBLING THE RUNNING DECK
7.22.3.1. A Typology

Carry out the procedure described in paragraph:
7.22.2. “Disassembling the motor drive belt ”.
1. Back off the 2 screws
(i)
that fixing the
running deck to the frame of the machine,
using a 6mm hex wrench.
2. Remove the running deck.
3. Fully back off the screws which release the
tension of the rear roller.
4. Remove the rear roller.
5. Remove the tread belt.
CAUTION: During the reassembly lock
down the screws using a torque wrench
settings on 30Nm.

CAUTION:
When reassembling the
running deck, remember to insert the
plastic bushing (l) on the rear supports.
To reassemble the components removed, carry
out the above steps in reverse order.
