Monitoring the heart rate
Heart rate readings will not be accurate near electromagnetic radiation sources (TVs,
cellphones, etc.).
Should you have any doubts about the accuracy of the readings, contact the Technical Support
Service.
The following table shows the optimum heart rate levels in relation to age and the goal to be
achieved. Theoretical maximum heart rate (00%) is calculated on the basis of age using the
formula: 0 - age.
