Some Receiver, even if in Stand-By does not remove the power to the 
LNB  and  this  does  not  allow  to  close  automatically  the  antenna.  This 
behavior is typical of Set Top Boxes like 

SKY and/or PAY PER USE

. In 

this case you have to switch off the receiver using the power switch or 
disconnecting the power cable.
